B1G: THE ROUTINE

Before You Begin

  • Before diving in you’ll want to have a few things handy:

    • Water based lubricant (ex. Albolene)

    • Mid-sized towel like a hand towel (clean up)

    • Small-sized towel like a face towel (warm wrap)

    • Be sure to have a decent trim around your base. A skin tight shave is not necessary, but a “buzz cut” would be proper.

    • Make sure the room you are “working out” in is temperate. You don’t want it to be cold as that doesn’t promote expansion.

    • Drink plenty of water before, during, and after. You are pulling fluids into your package and must keep yourself hydrated for the best expansion.

  • Begin by taking your small-sized towel and wetting it with warm water.

    • Wring the towel out and wrap your entire package; leave towel in place for 2 minutes. This will promote circulation and skin pliability.

Remove the towel and apply lubricant liberally to groin area and complete shaft, working it into the skin.

    • Try to use a water based lubricant (Albolene) if possible; Vaseline can also be used. Make sure you clean equipment thoroughly when using Vaseline to prevent damage.

    • Apply lubricant to as much of the entry of the tube as you can reach with your fingers. This will prevent your skin from getting stuck to the tube as you expand.

Now you are ready to begin!

Beginner Routine

This routine is REQUIRED before starting the intermediate routine.

It will build CRITICAL conditioning that allows for longer, safer sessions. Upon completion you may progress to intermediate.

This routine is focused around two rotations:

“Pressure Time” (PT) and “Break Time” (BT)

  • You will be under pressure for 5 minutes straight followed by a 2 minute break.

    • Make sure the pressure level stays consistent for maximum effectiveness.

    • PT Range Pressure: 5 - 7” Hg. (16 - 23kpa). Adjust to comfort.

    • BT Range Pressure: 1 - 2” Hg. (3 - 6kpa). Adjust to comfort.

-Enter the tube and raise the pressure to the lower end of the PT Range (5”Hg or 16kpa).

-After 5 minutes lower the pressure to BT range (2”Hg or 6kpa) for 2 minutes.

You should still feel a slight tug during BT. Make sure to keep some pressure in the tube.

-After 2 minutes raise the pressure back to PT range for 5 minutes.

-Repeat this cycle until your PT total time reaches 30 minutes (approximately 6 cycles).

Once complete, exit the tube and massage your member thoroughly to stimulate fresh blood flow.

This entire process counts as 1 complete Session and will be performed 4 times before you can move on to the next Phase.

For Sessions 3 and 4 of each Phase you will use the higher end of the PT/BT pressure ranges.

For example: when you start Session 3 your PT pressure will be 7”Hg or 23kpa and your BT pressure will be 2”Hg or 6kpa.

Each Phase of this routine has an increase of 15 minutes (+3 PT/BT cycles) and the final Phase is additional increase of 15 minutes (+3 PT/BT cycles) for a total increase of +30 Minutes and +6 cycles.

  • You will be under pressure for 8 minutes straight followed by a 1 minute break.

The Novice Stage is essentially the same as the Starter Stage, but you will be under pressure for a longer duration and take shorter breaks.

    • Make sure the pressure level stays consistent for maximum effectiveness.

    • PT Range Pressure: 7 - 9” Hg. (23 - 30kpa). Adjust to comfort.

    • BT Range Pressure: 1 - 2” Hg. (3 - 6kpa). Adjust to comfort.

-Enter the tube and raise the pressure to the lower end of the PT Range (7”Hg or 23kpa).

-After 8 minutes lower the pressure to BT range (2”Hg or 6kpa) for 1 minute.

You should still feel a slight tug during BT. Make sure to keep some pressure in the tube.

-After 1 minute raise the pressure back to PT range for 8 minutes.

-Repeat this cycle until your PT total time reaches 45 minutes (approximately 5 cycles).

For example: when you start Session 3 your PT pressure will be 9”Hg or 30kpa and your BT pressure will be 2”Hg or 6kpa.

There are only 2 Phases in the Beginner Stage routine. After 4 Sessions you will begin Phase 2, which has an increase of 24 minutes (+3 PT/BT cycles at 8 minutes each).

Phase 2 Total Time: 69 minutes (nice.)

  • You will be under pressure for 10 minutes straight followed by a 1 minute break.

The Beginner Stage is fundamentally the same as the Novice Stage, but you will be under pressure for a longer duration and take shorter breaks.

Make sure the pressure level stays consistent for maximum effectiveness.

    PT Range Pressure: 9 - 11” Hg. (27 - 33kpa). Adjust to comfort.

    BT Range Pressure: 1 - 2” Hg. (3 - 6kpa). Adjust to comfort.

-Enter the tube and raise the pressure to the lower end of the PT Range (9”Hg or 27kpa).

-After 10 minutes lower the pressure to BT range (2”Hg or 6kpa) for 1 minute.

You should still feel a slight tug during BT. Make sure to keep some pressure in the tube.

-After 1 minute raise the pressure back to PT range for 10 minutes.

-Repeat this cycle until your PT total time reaches 33 minutes (approximately 3 cycles).

For example: when you start Session 3 your PT pressure will be 11”Hg or 33kpa and your BT pressure will be 2”Hg or 6kpa.

There are only 2 Phases in the Beginner Stage routine. After 4 Sessions you will begin Phase 2, which has an increase of 33 minutes (+3 PT/BT cycles at 10 minutes each).

Phase 2 Total Time: 66 minutes
